Quiz Night at The Golden Eagle, is every Wednesday at 9pm. Our resident quizmaster Ross ensures that everyone has a chance, with the occasional hint and friendly clue to make a light-hearted competition, with all the proceeds given back as cash prizes. So the more that play, the more you win.
There is always Mike’s impromptu quiz on sport or music, get the chance to win a free drink, just for taking part. But more likely this is being organised to raise funds for a local charity. Last year £392 was raised from such a quiz, which was passed on to the local community association to help fund the senior residents Christmas Party.
Want to ease up and rest the brain? Then just place your business card in the Draw Box when you visit The Golden Eagle. Each month a card is drawn and the owner is presented with a bottle of wine, OR buy a ticket for the Christmas Raffle luxury hamper (a nice surprise present and all proceeds go to a charity chosen by Customers).
